Snow stopped late last night in NE NJ - a few limbs down here & there, many auto accidents and a few blown transformers, but nothing really major. My kids' schools called a 90 minute delay at 6pm last night, then called back at 10 to cancel school for the day. The main roads were great coming into the office this morning!

This has been a horrid winter. Sorry to hear about the downed trees. Losing power would make Tom crazy. Hope itís back on soon!

We got about 6 inches; very wet and heavy. Neighbors had already done our walkway when I got up. Then as we were about to head our and do the front stairs, the contractors who are working on the 2 family next door, we’re doing our stairs and the end of the driveway!!! Such a nice surprise. We are very fortunate!!!!

Here in Western Mass it was indeed crazy last night. The totals were not as bad I they could have, I believe our city had 7-8 inches but it was VERY wet and VERY heavy. I did the little walkway and front deck then helped hubby take turns snowblow driveway, that darn end of the driveway where the plow dumps it all is the worst! (I'm still trying to learn but it is a huge machine, by next year will forget again).

First plow went by last night at 8:30 driving like a crazy person, way too fast and knocked down 4 out of 5 of our blinking reflectors. Had to dig for it in the driveway like it was hidden treasure this morning so the snowblower would not get hurt. Would rather have been digging for shells in the ocean but finally found it. The others are long gone who knows will find them in middle of yard when snow melts.

Noon weather says another possible storm Monday, enough already with old man winter, go away!!!!
