Worst Summer in History od New England

Only three rain-free days in all of June. We've had more bad days this month than Aruba has had since Columbus first visited America.

Why does anyone live in this Godforsaken area?

I wish summer was over already....at least I expect miserable weather from October through May.

Never ever thought I would agree with that one but I do this year. Summer over, closer to Aruba.

I agree with all of you, we opened pool end of May and I haven't been in at all. Weather at night is like fall. Wish I were in Aruba soaking up the sun instead of the gloom of NY weather!!!!

You are having the same weather we had in Georgia in May...mostly rain, little sun, below average temperatures.

Weather in Aruba, in a word "perfect".

awwwwwwwwwwwww...now now folks...it could be worse....we could be in the middle of one of the snow storms we had not so long ago....and -15 wind chill factors....I personally would rather the rain than snow any day.....getting too old to fight the frozen door handles and slippery walking conditions...remember I am accident prone !!!!!
It is not raining here yet today, but yesterday we had hail the size of mini-jawbreakers...pretty cool actually....

okay, now that I have just read what I just wrote it does sound like I forgot to take my medicine this morning doesn't it.....

I would rather have snow in winter than rain in summer.

We are making the best of it still even though it stinks! Goin crabbing and fishing every week. Taking the kids to the boardwalk playing skee ball and arcade games. Still enjoying the funnel cakes and ice cream waffles and frozen drinks. I had the surfboard out today and grabbed some nice tunnels.

For anyone thats in NJ we run a 50' Viking sport fishing boat every Thursday for a fireworks/booze cruise if anyone is interested. Free of charge just let me know if you are in the area and wanna go. I'd live to get anyone out. The boat is in Brielle and we had our first outing last night. It's agreat time!!
