    Thank you. His facebook politician page does not allow messages and I am not "friends" with him on Facebook so he would never see my message.

    Email from one of my addresses "was rejected at the aruba.com domain Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain aruba.com by zimbra.aruba.com. [46.183.101.113].
    The error that the other server returned was:
    550 5.1.1 <o.oduber@aruba.com>: Recipient address rejected: aruba.com"

    Email from my second email address was rejected. "<o.oduber@aruba.com>:
    46.183.101.113 does not like recipient.
    Remote host said: 550 5.1.1 <o.oduber@aruba.com>: Recipient address rejected: aruba.com Giving up on 46.183.101.113."

    A copy of my message was also sent to AHATA and was replied to IMMEDIATELY.

    Have you considered using the contact info from the Aruba.com home page so the message can be routed through appropriate channels. On the mobile version there is a How can we help? Button at the bottom of the screen, not sure where it is on the desktop version.
    (Even if this won't work for your current issue, maybe someone else reading this could use the information)
    I work for an organization where you cannot contact the General Manager directly, because often times the question can be better handled by someone else more efficiently so there is a chain of command.

    I used the contact that Andrea suggested and it did not "bounce back". I have been in contact with AHATA and they have been very positive. Thank you all.

    And I just heard from Vanessa at AHATA again offering up the email address. It is all good.
