AA Reduces Flights to AUA - Page 5

i've also stopped using AA. they canceled our thanksgiving non stop flight from jfk and rebooked us on a connecting flight to MIA leaving JFK at 5AM! There's just no way that i'll travel with 2 toddlers kids that early, let alone on a connecting flight.

so, we canceled the reservation and rebooked with jetblue for $400 more per person. in the end, our party of 12 was out another $5K - all because of AA.

I've stopped using AA completely after that...even for business trips. besides, in every airport the lines at the AA terminal are ALWAYS the longest - especially in aruba.
