Airfare to Aruba-May, also questions

Hello all! My husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary this year. We have booked a flight to Aruba with Us airways for May 23-28. We got the tickets for $862 including taxes and fees...this is flying out of Roanoke, Va. We were wondering if this was a good deal...it was the best I could find and my husband was wondering.
Also we are staying at La Cabana, thanks to our inlaws timeshare points. How much will cab fare be from the Airport? Will there be any supermarkets open on a Sunday evening? We are planning to cook some meals in our condo. Where is the best place to rent a jeep? How early should you arrive at the airport to head home? What are best reasonably priced resturants near La Cabana? And what are a handful of pricer resturants that are a must go? Oh and where and when will have to tip people?

Yes, $430 per person is a decent price.

Taxi will be $22 PLUS an additional $3 Sunday surcharge.

No, they close at 1 pm, there is one which I believe is open until 2 pm, but that is it for the supermarkets.

Where is the best place to rent a jeep?

How early should you arrive at the airport to head home?

As a general rule 3 hours. During a week day you could probably get by with 2 hours AS LONG AS it is a WEEKDAY. With new security in place, I wouldn't chance it though and would get 3 hours prior to be on the safe side. You will be going through US Customs and Immigration in Aruba at the airport prior to departure.

Chengs is open later on Sunday - I believe until 8:00. We went in October when we arrived on a Sunday. Turn inland at the light by the former Adventure Golf course. It is on your right after about 2 kilometers.
