Airfare prices

Hi everyone! I'm new to the site and planning a trip for my family of 4 next June. I'm signed up for a few price alerts, but am not sure what ballpark fare range is considered good as this is our first trip. Any help would be great. Thanks!

What state are you guys from. I know a very good travel company that does airfare and hotel and added extras at great prices. We have used them for 5 trips to Aruba and we could not find anything better. Just let me know where you guys live and if he does your area I will give you his number.

I will be flying out of Raleigh/Durham, NC (RDU). We are also flying midweek (Wed) 6/13 - 6/20/2012. Thanks so much!

I am sure that airfare from Phila for August will come down (at least some)

coz I surely will not be going with rates over 700pp.

Over the weekend, I was able to snag 6 round trip tickets on Jet Blue for April 29 - May 8th for $504.60, direct flights I might add. They only let go 2 -4 at a time at this price, but my persistence paid off and was able to book 4 different itineraries to get them. Woo Hoo. We fly out of Boston

Keep checking your flights for a price drop. Jet Blue will sometimes lower prices for a short period of time to fill up seats. My flights in March dropped $44 each a few weeks after I booked them and I'm still watching for another price drop. Last year I got a $99 credit. These are good on another flight within a year from the date of the FIRST credit. Check Sunday and Wednesdays - the days they usually drop prices. Last year was the first time we booked Jet Blue direct and LOVED it. Have fun and good luck!

I've been checking every day for a month now for flights for May from JFK and they haven't dropped at all yet. But I will keep checking every day. If not JB American has lower fares but would rather direct flights on JB.
