FWIW, on non-refundable tickets, Delta will only refund price changes within 24 hours.

Yapta.com is a great site to join...it watches your flight and lets you know of any prices changes. Friends purchased tickets on AA for $587. I went to purchase the same tickets the next day and yapta sent me an email, price went down to $ 437...Thats more $$ I have for happy hour !!!
