Airplanes Landing

All,
Does anyone know of a beach close to the airport to watch the planes land? (something like in St. Marteen)
Thanks,
JerseyPete

Thumbs up

You have a nice, pretty child friendly one right at the start of the runway.
It is by Club Havanna, which is across from the hotel Talk of the Town.
When you go from the airport towards Oranjestad, it is at the first roundabout.
There is also bar and restaurant there as well as a dive shop.

that is a great spot right there near the roundabout

when planes land in aruba, most of the time they are landing in that direction going right past that little rest area near the havana club and roundabout

next time you land look out the port window and see the folks waving to the jets and their passengers

we have gone there a number of times and wave to folks we are going to be picking up at arrivals

Renaissance Island

It even has telescopes pointing to the airport.

For those that don't know - Renaissance Island is $75. a person if not staying at one of the resorts.
