Airport & Hotel ?

Hello- I'm not sure where to post this so I'll start here

I was wondering about the lines (travel time) at the airport ? I've read alot about giving yourself 3 hours if departing on a weekend... I was wondering does anyone know roughly how long it takes to get through the airport when your arriving ? I know it's kind of a silly question but we are arriving with 18 of our wedding guests and have lined Bully( ) up to pick us up and was just wondering what time to approx. give him to pick us up. Our plane is 'supposed' to arrive at 2:15. Does the baggage seem to take a while to load, etc. ?

And my other question-We are staying at the Marriott Resort and Stellaris casino and I'm trying to figure out how you go about reserving a palapa ? I've read that they can be reserved or you can line up early and I've read back through the other posts but my question is can this be done in advance ? Or do you have to wait until you check in at the hotel to do this ? I would like to include some of this information with our welcome bags to our guests and I don't want to misinform them

Thanks for the help

In my experience arrival time varies - sometimes there are long lines going through customs, sometimes we breeze through. If Bully has your info he will know when to be there so you should not need to worry about the pick up time.

Your arrival at the airport and departure onto the island varies. We have been thru in as fast as 20 minutes and as long as an hour. After you get off the plane you will go thru customs/passport check area, go down the stairs and pkickup your luggage. Its all very easy..just time consuming if there is a backup in customs. Have your passport ready along with the form they will give you on your plane, get in line and wait to be called to the desk at customs..then head to the luggage.
Bully checks to see if the plane is there. You will find him with a sign awaiting you outside the luggage pickup area.
Enjoy !

Just give Bully your flight information and he will leave himself enough time to be there when you depart Customs. He is the expert.

If you are late, he will wait. Been there done that on more than one occassion. At Christmas the conveyor for the luggage broke and we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be repaired. He has had to wait for us due to flight delays on other occassions as well and he has always been there for us.
