    Airport lines lately?

Surprisingly, it has been quiet here re: airport lines, immigration, screenings, for Aruba departure and arrivals.

What has been your recent experience?

I left Aruba Sat. 4/18 flying Jetblue. Arrived at check in counter at 10:15am, at the gate at 10:40am. I was shocked that it took so little time.

    that is pretty awesome.
the flights before noon are few, so an ideal time to speed thru the process!

Arrived 4-4 we were in 1st class so off the plane pretty quick, we were 2nd in line at immigrations (with most booths open). Left on 4-11 on a 1:30 flight, got to the airport around 11, lines were pretty long (defiantly have seen worse). We were at the gate in about an hour. Still debating on getting global access.

Ww got to the airport at 8:45 for a 12:25 flight... lines weren't long at all. Open up check in at 9:30 and was at the gate in 45 minutes and that was stopping at the very first duty free store. This one had "everything too" so get all of your stuff here...
and the cashier will meet you after customs.. so you don't have to claim it.

We flew out on 5/2 about 1 pm. We allowed plenty of time because we didn't know how long things would take, so we arrived about 10:30-ish. The main lobby was filling up and lines were everywhere. we made it to our gate about 15 minutes before boarding started. If we go back we'll look into mid-week to mid-week.

Hey, anybody who has recently come back from Aruba on a Sunday. How are the lines at the airport? We do have global entry now but of course you need to go through Aruba immigration & security first. Just wondering!!! Trying to figure what time to tell Hans to meet us at the airport for our departure.

We left Aruba on Sunday November 1. We had Hans meet us at 11:00am. We were through to the gate in about 35 minutes. We did you use the Global entry - which took about 15 minutes off of our time through US customs. Hope this helps.

you leave late in the day on sunday right?

following the guideline that the airlines and the airport recommend, plan on being there 3 hours prior to departure.
