American Airlines came through for the O's

I would like to take this time to thank AMERICAN AIRLINES for the outstanding way they handled our situation. We could not fly on 11/7....

We were obviously devestated with Rob's accident and were more distressed over the airline's original handling of our booked frequent flyer tickets.

I would like everyone on the board to know that AA came through for us and we appreciate it. We weren't penalized and they were very accomodating handling of our new flights in December.

KUDOS to American Airlines !!!!

AA did right by us, though it was a long, difficult process that required persistence.

Just like most large companies, if you try hard enough you can find a person with the confidence and intelligence to do the right thing......you just need to find the right person.

I will fly American again....

yes it undoubtedly required persistence

but, i am sure that you always acted as the "better person" and kept your cool.

catching the flies with honey is so much better than using vinegar.

I think that is key.....if you are rude and obnoxious, I bet they find a way to put a note in your record....then, you are cooked.
