    It's not AA.

    As long as the primary motivating factor in airline ticket purchases is cost, service will continue to be poor. Find an airline that provides great service and support them, because that's the only way the industry gets fixed.

    i stopped flying aa b/c they canceled my nonstop jfk - aua on thanksgiving week last year and rebooked me to a connecting flight out of miami. to top it off, the jfk plane left at 6am - meaning i had to wake up at 3-4am. AND they never told me about the change. i only found out b/c i happened to check my account.

    oh i was asking what happened to the owners rennaissance owners board page you asked if i just wanted to know if i wanted to know in general i said yes that i missed it. i think that was it who knows i may be water logged from all the rain in ma. this month

    We're trying to get the Renn club thing going.
