I travel from Boston and I paid $159-$199 round trip (direct non stop). While Direct TV does not work for most of the flight, some plains do have WiFi now. I am a huge fan of JetBlue because of their service and the most comfortable seats (I am 6.3 265). They are also the most punctual and friendly.

Just about every airline is losing their "shirt" right now, one or more airlines will declare bankruptcy by this time next year. I would guess Jet Blue is still trying to figure out their plan for Jan/Feb.

Prices are $318 through early June.... I need a flight down there for June 27 - July 3 2010 to go to a party in Aruba, and hoping those prices stay down... although NJ/NYC schools are out then so I wont get my hopes up.

What does everyone think about what airfares are gonna do? I know it is only opinions but I have read that usually in August the prices drop a bit to get more people to travel. I have already booked my hotel for Sept 5-17 but have not booked my air. For my wife and I we have to connect somewhere because we fly out of Baltimore. No direct flight from here. Thought about driving to Philly or Dulles but there is no savings in it plus about hour plus drive either way. When you get home around midnight you don't feel like driving that far. Just thought I'd ask what everyone thinks. Thx Billy

Some airlines have cut flights to the Caribbean for the fall but so far Aruba has avoided the cuts. I don't see tickets getting much cheaper for the near future. If you have you hotel dates locked in, find a good price and get your flight booked.
