no surprises
it is a very EASY place to maneuver about. good access from point A to point B etc... if every airport could be that easy, we'd have nothing to complain about. |

Almost every time I fly anywhere, I connect in Charlotte. I really like their airport. Its very easy to get around and they have a nice food court, if you have any extra time. They also have an adorable young woman who's in charge of one of the ladies rooms. She greets everyone when they come in and sings cute bathroom humor songs. People tell her that she's the highlight of their flying experience.
