Flight/Food question

I am soon to fly with KLM to Aruba and just wondered if I was able to bring sealed sausages from Europe in my suitcase or if this is not allowed?

I am not sure how it is in Europe but in the United States you can bring food as long as it goes in your luggage that will go under the plane.
