Question Flight time from NYC to Aruba

I'm not sure if this is already posted some place. Can someone tell me from experience what the flight time is from JFK to Aruba? I'm hearing from 4 1/2 to 7 hours. That's a HUGE difference. I was thinking more like 4 1/2. If it's more, I need to know so I can prepare my family!!
Thank you...we leave in three days!!

we are leaving out of PHL too but there were no non stop flights heading out.
We have a connecting flight in Charlotte. (we have a 4 hour layover)
and it takes 4 hours from there to get to aruba.

Total time for our flight (almost 9 hours.)

Coming home-- a non stop flight-- 4 1/2 hours.

I really did try to avoid that layover but there was nothing offered.. well not for a good price.
We paid 314.pp roundtrip- so its not so bad.

My question is- there is only 10 people booked on the flight going down. whats the chance of that being cancelled if no one else books a seat

Sometimes the flight can be 4 1/2 sometimes 5 1/2. Depends on the winds.
