Yeah, but I don't trust AA to keep those flights as non-stop! We've been burned too many times being booked on non-stop and then having AA change them to connecting flights, some with long layovers!!! No more AA for me!

We flew home from Aruba yesterday morning. We flew United (never again) but we did notice that there was an AA flight that had been cancelled, and there was a very long line of tired, angry-looking people in the AA area. Not sure how that all worked out...

There doesn't seem to be any kind of customer service in the check-in area at all. By the time we finally got checked in, I had totally lost my 'one happy island' feeling. The security checks were fine, and going through customs was fine....but that check-in area needs some major work.

Yes, we're actually flying out of Hartford in January since it's closer to home than Boston. A bit more expensive but parking is cheaper and the hassles are less to deal with for us.

While everyone will have a story about every airline, we just have the worst luck with AA. Had a great flight in February on United through Dulles. This time around we're on USAir. We'll keep our fingers crossed!

The last time I flew AA the seats still had ash trays.

Jet blue is the way to go.

Got our one ways a few days ago, we always buy the 330 days out...have to wait 2 weeks for the return. On AA is actually =' the same, 2 one way tickets. We just can't wait for Jetblue to sell their tickets.

We booked the n/s from Boston about 3 weeks ago. Flying Thursday/Thurday in Oct for $378/rtpp including taxes and fees. Right now the same flight (which looks almost full) is $415. Still not a bad price. Keeping my fingers crossed that AA dosen't change from n/s.
They haven't in the past in Oct.
