Wondering how your interview went? What are the next steps?

i just got my renewed passport in the mail and they included information on all the travel programs. I still find it curious that Jet Blue gives us TSA precheck yet we never applied or paid for it. On the information I received today it said $85 for 5 years for precheck. The application process sounds the same as Global Entry

Looking forward to finding out what, if any, advantage this provides while departing Aruba.

Did the Global Travel app, interview & the land travel card came in the mail, about 5 weeks total.
We'll be trying it out in Sept, hopefully a speedy trip thru customs in Aruba.

We are going in September too, and it will be our first time using Global entry in Aruba . Used Global Entry coming back from Mexico and Jamaica, and it's wonderful being processed so quickly when entering the US! Hoping it speeds things up at the Aruba airport as well.

My wife and I just completed the application online. The best part is that my American Express card covers the application fee for both my wife and I. That is a $200.00 savings. Can't beat that deal.

Your passport is loaded with your GOES card info.
from what I gathered we will walk thru any luggage lines and use special GOES machines in a separate line in U.S. Customs.
however, this was gathered info. I will update after we get thru it.

Rettager our process was 2 complete months, but that was in RI.

Cindyo - I hope mine is that fast. It should be as I live close to Newark Airport (EWR) which is one of their interview centers. Good luck and enjoy your vacation.
