seems like a lot of work to get credits towards next trip....how many dollars go towards a credit or is it dollar for dollar ???
I pay around 500 per person for tickets in november and that is reasonable ...that's out of pittsburgh on usair by the way...can sometimes get them cheaper if you happen to be on the computer at the right time, but can't get credits towards another flight if you see a cheaper flight.....

after we used pts the total for 2 R/T tickets was $675.00 nonstop on Delta from JFK. At the time pf purchase the price per ticket was about $455.00 per ticket. Last May it cost me $1400.00 for 2 r/t tickets so we saved a bunch.

It's enough to lose the first and last days of vacation to travel, so I had to bite the bullet because JetBlue is the only direct non-stop out of Boston and I couldn't deal with a layover.

We went direct on Jet Blue out of Boston on Sept. 21st returned on Oct. 1st $426 pp taxes included. When we first booked they were $760 pp. The price came down a couple of times. After you book with Jet Blue you need to check daily for changes

I want to book JFK to Aruba for May on Jet blue but the prices are in the mid 700s. The extra leg room which I like to purchase is another $55 each way.

I may book through Delta. They have the first class tickets at $1067 round trip and I may splurge because it will be my 50th birthday when i go in May.. Better than to pay 850 coach on Jet Blue..

I got my direct JetBlue tickets a few weeks ago. I paid $493 pp including the tax for Oct 27-Nov 3 travel out of Boston. You need to look everyday a few times a day to watch the prices. That morning it was $700s and a few hours later it went down to $493.00.
