Okay, I was curious. My grandmother paid a small fortune for our flights from Miami, Newark and Atlanta at Christmas. The cheapest flight was from Newark at $782 and the most expensive, Atlanta, $1200 later lowered to $1100. Yes, a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Jet Blue JFK - AUA 12/22 - 1/3--- 12/22 is sold out
Jet Blue JFK - AUA 12/20 - 1/3--- $984.70 per person
Jet Blue JFK - AUA 1/8 - 1/15--- $364.70 per person

The prices all include the taxes.

Well my wife and I are spending Christmas in Aruba, for the 2nd year in a row. Unfortunately that fare sale is no good if your timeshare week is Saturday to Saturday. We paid about $670 round-trip each in August to fly down on Monday and return on Saturday. From LGA with one stop in CLT.

We're heading back in March for visit #3 in 7 months. Even though I hate going all the way out to Kennedy Airport, Continental from Newark hasn't worked out. (I'll only go non-stop, as I fly with a 2 year old and an 82 year old)

It's probably because we only stay at Surf Club. and by the time I find a reasonable timeshare rental and go to agreement, seats on Continental are basically sold out for the week we need to go. Jet Blue it is. Too bad I couldn't go mid-week to mid-week, since flights are definitely cheaper. At the end of the day, as long as we get to go back, that's what counts ! So March 28th, here we come !
