I cannot believe the crazy prices. I just booked two tickets for my son and brother to come and with 2 weeks notice the tickets were over $800 on each airline. They are insane if they think people are going to fly. How do they want to stay in business.

I agree Angela, they are insane if they think people are going to pay those prices, but I looked at the available seats left for the October flights, and the plane is almost full! So that's what prompted me to buy the tickets out of another airport at a much lower price. Almost half price! Jet Blue wants $817 and United $417!!

    Wow those prices are steep.

truthfully i almost canceled my whole trip to aruba due to prices of flights since i too am flying out of new york.

Lucky me tho my girlfriends parents business racked up enough flight miles to cover the both of us!

I thought the Delta airfare sale ended on July 14, but see there are still some $367 fares out of ATL. Definitely shop around if your dates are flexible.

Unfortunatley our dates are not flexible. I would love to be able to fly during the week since the prices are so much cheaper. I may be the last person to know this, but did United and Continental merge? They both have the exact times and flight numbers, listed separately, but when I went to book with Continental, it took me to United to book

I always have better luck when flying out of Newark and using Continental. Good luck!
