I booked my flights through Travelocity which lists Surinam Air and allows you to book flights, but the next day I got a call from Travelocity saying sorry we don't have a deal with Surinam, here's another flight on AA at 3 times the price, take it or leave it. I left it and found another flight but still twice as expensive as Surinam. IMO an early morning flight is well worth saving a hundred bucks or more, the problem is their website is not in English and I didn't find a number to call so I went with another internet booking for the convenience.

Thanks for the info on Surinam and travelocity. Good to know for the future.

The resort we were looking at is sold out for our dates , so went with a cruise instead.
