Anyone have any experience with this airline - more specifically losing your luggage when flying them?

When my friend landed, they were told that the luggage may not even have left MIA due to space! Well, the luggage that DID come off was unbelievable - oversized and many pieces being claimed by individuals. One bag for my friend; meeting all the weight/size requirements.

First call yesterday - the gentleman had no idea about ANY lost luggage (6 pax from that flight).....

Any one have any direction that may help??

my guess would be to start with the ticket counter at the airport.
