We have used the Delta kiosk at the Aruba airport several times now. It scans your passport and prints your boarding pass just like the ones at U.S. airports. Then you just proceed to the "baggage drop" line which is usually very short.

Not sure which other airlines have them at the Aruba airport since we have been using Delta for a few years now.

well I don't think united has it. that's the kiosk I'm talking about. we bring carry on but have no place anymore to print the boarding passes since the internet café at the high rise is no longer there. I hate the thought of waiting in a line just to print the boarding pass.

Flew home yesterday... I was prepared for the worst at the airport it being a Sunday during the holiday season and there being all the snow related delays in the last week. We arrived at AUA at 1pm for a 4:05pm flight. Breezed thru the line at check in for United, no significant security wait or US customs waits. Parking lot - gate was under an hour. Like I have said time and time again --- the airport in Aruba is the most unpredictable thing on the Island --- never chance it to get an extra hour of sun. It was one of the most stress free departures we ever had! Now arriving in Newark and getting our bags was another story... the airport was a zoo from all the flight cancellations over the last few days.

FWIW, we considered online check-in from our resort but just never found the time. I guess we were having a good time.

We had no issues checking in the "old fashioned way" and Delta had no line.

L.G. Smith Blvd is the main road, same as 1 A/B, which passes Super Foods and the Renaissance Resort in Oranjestad.

    J. E. Irausquin Blvd. is the more coastal route beginning at the Dutch Village and ending at 1 A/B just past the Holiday Inn where Acqua Condominiums are on the corner.

How is it going if you have a first/business ticket?
Is there any priority lane through customs? Does UA have a priority lane through the safety?

no. however UA as well as the other airlines have an express line at the ticket counter for business or 1st class passengers to check in and check luggage.
    no"cutsies" after that.
