I actually just made it as an aside as that is one of the reasons flights get oversold. What ever you think is best.

YES THE RIPPING up of boarding pass was bad and humiliating. Who does that? I was so mad at how he was treated and spoken to. We were still in Aruba and the texting going back and forth was fast and furious. Anyway, I will file a report with FAA as I never knew about it before.
