Hello!!

So excited i'm going to Aruba for the first time this coming Friday!! We are flying from New York to Charlotte and then Flying from Charlotte to Aruba!!

Its a big family reunion and there will be some kids flying with us. I was just curious if anyone knew if the US Airways flight from Charlotte to Aruba will be playing movies?? We want to know just so we can bring the DVD Player for them for the plane. We might bring it anyway. But just in case its something extra that my sister might not have to bring!

No movies on US unless you're going to Europe or Brazil.

Just wanted to give you a heads up that you should probably buy food or snacks in

Charlotte for your flight to Aruba. US Air sells food packs for $7, but on our last flight they ran out of food after aisle 13!! Also they only accept credit cards on the plane, and I am hesitant to do that. The food in Charlotte is great and be sure to check out the white rocking chairs!

us airways usually plays movies, but you may want to brink a movie to hold their interest and get earphones from the dollar store because they are like $5 pp on the plane

Was on the same route 10/11/2010. No movies or video of any kind.

i had always remembered that usairways showed movies to aruba. we usually would fly boston to philly to aruba.
we have not flown them to aruba in years though.

chadd responded in this thread that they do not show movies on flights to aruba.

chadd is a flight attendant on usairways.

$5 for headphones that is high!!!
