    But that's not annoying, CP.

Last year, on Mother's Day, JetBlue ran a promotion where every time a baby cried the passengers got 25% off their next ticket. Not a bad way to promote understanding amongst the passengers I guess.

Oh the baby. I am conflicted by this one. On the one hand I am so sad for that baby and the parents. But the other hand, YIKES! My husband and I have been on flights that reminded us of the Bill Cosby routine "Jeffrey Jeffrey Jeffrey!!!" 5 minutes before we land, you guessed it, the little one finally falls asleep.

I could have written this list based on my flights two days ago. People just don't get how to travel. I understand that a lot of folks don't travel often, but if they would just watch the ones that do life would be so much easier for everyone involved. Worst thing during my last trip I was seated in business, and I had a crying baby sitting in moms lap, in the seat behind me, on a 15 hour flight. So happy Etihad provides their business class passengers with NC headphones (mine died and haven't been replaced). Now, if I could just have my Kindle back...

Traveling makes me anxious and impatient. In order to minimize this discomfort so that i arrive in Aruba refreshed, and ready to venture out instead of staying at the hotel getting drunk (we save that for the last few days), then crashing:
    - all carry on items fit in my cargo shorts pockets
    - no belts, shoes worn
    - electronics packed in my mid sized checked bag

I saw this list before I flew to Aruba. It kept running through my head. Do not ask the flight attendant for anything when he/she is doing something else. But, they don't come around as much as they used to. Call buttons seem to be used more often.

That's me, too. I'm only 4' 8" tall and the seats are uncomfortable because my feet just dangle if I don't pull my bag out to rest them on.

#6 is my pet peeve-I made a comment to a group last time we flew and they made it seem like I was wrong. Idiots.

    Two really irksome people.

    1) the woman who sat her two elementary aged kids next to me on a flight to Orlando and then sat with her husband in the row behind me. Don't get me wrong, I love kids, I was a teacher, but I am a stranger to the kids that she did not even check on except to ask the girl if she needed to go to bathroom. I helped them with their seat belts and shoes.

    2) the woman on the return flight from Orlando, who was afraid to fly and held on to my arm as we took off. I had to reassure her every time there was a little turbulence or the plane turned, etc. It turned out her sister was a best friend of one of my co-workers, so I couldn't be rude. Her kid was doing better than she was.

Ha. You don't bother me unless I'm in the aisle seat behind you and you stand so close to my seat that your big feet are kicking mine (like you can't feel you're standing on *something*) or I'm in the aisle seat in front of you and you yank on my seatback every time you get up!

I hate 'seatback yankers' they are the most inconsiderate......
