Security Systems

Contact Roland at Rotech. We have worked with him and have been very pleased with the results. Roland will probably refer you to Daniel, his security specialist, but I prefer to talk with Roland first so he knows whats going on. Rotech is not the cheapest but they offer some services that the other companies do not. (297) 592-8191

Yefim, I also own a home in Aruba. While the break-in's were regretabble, I haven't experienced any issues in the nearly 2 yrs I've owned now. Both Retagger and I have our properties managed by the same property manager, Albert with Aruba Happy Rentals. I highly recoomend you hire a PM to watch over your property while you're not there. I also recommend Roland at Rotek to install the security system. He is the best electrical contractor in Aruba and he happens to specialize in security systems. He's a great guy, honest, as are all of his staff and do top-notch work.

For a realtor I highly recommend Miriam

Miriam Engeln with Century 21

Or Albert Mostert, owner of Aruba Happy Rentals, my property management firm that has branched out into real estate

Tell them Alicia from Casa Koyari referred you.
