    Andrea, Cheryl:
I am going to meet Fred, the guy who has been feeding them to see if we can capture them. There are 7 pups in total but they are pretty wild. Hopefully, we can get some of them spayed and neutered so that they are not reproducing in a few months.

When we left the hotel, all of our leftovers and enough water to fill the bowls went up to the chapel.

I am aware of these pups - Stella and Helma have checked on them - they are being fed by Fred on a regular basis. Stella and Helma are on top of it.
Chad - if you are interested in one of these pups or another Aruba pup. Give us your details through a private message and we can help you to get the pup home.
Thus far, we have been able to place about 40 Aruba dogs and pups in homes in the States - 2 kittens too. Kathy is working on another 4 pups that are currently at the vet in Aruba and I will probably be bringing them back to the States in a few weeks. I have 4 potential homes for them already.
If anyone is interested in helping us out with this, check out our website at www.ARFaruba.com Thanks....Cheryl

PS - Andrea - if you want to talk about taking your little one to the Island, call me....Cheryl

thank you so much for posting this information, my wife and I always say we would take all the strays home if we could. We adopted a beagle from Louisiana-and now will keep this in the back of our minds when the time comes again. Keep up the great work, it is nice to know that these animals are being cared for as best they can!

Yes - I was sent there a couple of weeks ago from a phone call from
the vets. I was told there were puppies in a box there. I found
4 puppies that were in the rock formation off the parking lot.
Not being 'dog' rescue people w/o food - there was no chance
in capturing those guys because they darted in and out of the
rocks making it impossible to get.

I reported it back to the vet and she and I both notified a
dog rescue person. I told the person just last Friday
that they were still there when I was up there a week ago.
She said she was going to go this weekend to get them -
but she is so busy right now - I'm not sure she did.

I'll also send an email to Kathy about it. You have to be
a very good 'puppy catcher' for these guys.

LOL!!!! I have my hands full with my 'zoo' plus the three kittens -
they are starting to run and bounce off the walls. They follow
Alice and the other cats around who are really gentle to them.
One is grumpy but they need to know that too!

Introducing puppies here would just be CRAZY!

Great work Cheryl, Kathy and Andrea! Just wanted you
    to know what I knew.

If anyone can open their homes to an Aruban dog or cat -
you have no idea what a great thing you are doing.
You will earn your 'angel' wings for sure!
