I'd like to start a business in Aruba, for international trading, not aruba based trading.

Is this possible as a non national?

Can someone help with:

a good bank.
a good secretarial services / mailbox / mail forwarding service?
A good web hosting company?

Can I tie merchant terminals to aruban bank accounts?

Also - do not deal w/ Aruba bank - CMB or The other caribean bank (can't remember the name - it has a whole round building on a circle outside of
town)
