Chadd - PM me and I am happy to share precisely what is costs to maintain our home - I track all our expenses by line item monthly which you should be able to calculate out for some (e.g. electricity) based on being there year round versus the expense we incur spending weeks on island. Michael

the most expinsive thing you got to worry about is the electricity, other then that it's pretty much like anywhere else ..you just need to know where to shop

do you pay for water or is it included in your rent?
water is VERY expensive on island.
