Furniture for Sale

Well - we've set it up mom and dad are moving back to Florida
to a beautiful "assisted living" facility in Naples Florida.

In the near future, we'll be selling their furniture since their place
is coming fully furnished.

If anyone is starting to furnish their house and is interested or just
need stuff like dishes etc -
PM me and i'll have details soon.

I'm glad you found a wonderful place for your folks to live where they will be taken well cared for.

Thanks Liz - we found a place that I would move to myself (they tell me i'm too young). It's as nice as the resorts here - they have everything!

As far as the furniture - I actually have too much to list in an email.
We have some good and bad stuff - they moved here 4 years ago -
so some of the stuff is only 4 years old and some stuff is older.

I just typed up a price list but don't have time for pics.
If you are interested in something on the list - email
me and i'll get a pic to you.

I'm just really busy right now...
I have a 3 page double sided list of stuff to do. There are a lot of
"aruba gov't" stuff to do, getting a moving company and co-ordinating
their move there.

Plus - we just bought a place in Naples and will be selling our house here
to be closer to them.

I can not tell you how broken-hearted I am to leave the place where I had
planned to spend the rest of my life in. But life had something else in
store for us.... I just hope I can find someone to take over my kitten
rescue efforts! I'm going to set up a spay and neuter fund after i'm
settled w/ one of the vets but can't even approach that project yet.

Furniture

My grandparents are looking at moving to a resort area in Aruba for 6 months out of the year, they are checking out multiple areas, but do not want to move their furniture from Indiana. Do you recommend any furniture stores or locations in Aruba to buy furniture at descent prices? Or is there any furniture rental places for resort areas in Aruba? Thanks for your help in advance.

There are 4 "major" furniture places here - Texas, Teak house, The jungle and EQ3.

Other places w/ limited furniture are "home and nature", pricesmart, floramart (outside furniture and very expensive) and de arends

There is one "own to rent" place by texas - but I'm not sure why you would want to rent furniture.

Then if you are really adventurous - go to the top floor of the certified food store, dura home center and the top floor of Win Tung.

Furniture is expensive here and the quality varies greatly. BUT shipping stuff here is really expensive too.

Best bet is to buy used furniture if you can.
