thank you lisa for your help i wanted to ask any gold coast owners for any comments they might have about their experience with the developers

Not happy at Gold Coast? Or other reasons for selling.

We were there last year and the condo was still under construction... we will be back in a few weeks and everything is done and mostly furnished now. Looking forward to a few weeks away from NJ.

Our townhome was delivered in March of 2009 and was fully furnished at that time. Although we love our townhouse, we have since purchased property land and will be custom building a home on the island.

I visited your property today and it is all cleared. I took photos for you and will send them along. They left some nice big patches of the natural green areas in place so you will have some of them inside your walls.

Get that place built already - we miss you and John.
