Thanks Steve and Barry for the updates. We’re really glad to hear the positive feedback on the progress at Gold Coast. Just makes us even more anxious to get construction on our townhouse in phase 2 moving along! We are excited about going in February so we can tour phase 1, and hopefully be able to see the interior of some of the townhomes. If anyone can share some pictures it would be greatly appreciated.

Return to One Happy Island, January 7, 2009!

To GoldCost home owners,
What did you think of the options for the backyards. I will be in Aruba Dec 1st till March 1st and will send pictures, please feel free to e-mail me while I am in Aruba if you need something looked at. My parents bought a home in Esmeralda and I will have plenty of down time to check on the progression of phase 1

Anyone moved in yet?

Has anyone moved into the Gold Coast property yet? What's your impression? In general? Quality of construction? Interior choices? Do you plan to rent? If you are uncomfortable sending it over public Internet, please send me an email at dimate@gmail.com

I have a townhouse in the Stage 2.

Thanks,
Dima

I have a number of pictures from of the Gold Coast development from early July. I'd be happy to send them to anyone interested. I've also toured the model home as well as the model townhouse. They look stunning and the development seems to be moving very quickly.
