The San Fuego area of Aruba is located on the way to Arikok National Park. There is a development in the works there, with only about 20-25 homes. Three homes are finished, a fourth is well under way. I went up to take a look and discovered one awesome swimming pool in the works. It will have a view out over the countryside. Nice.

Do you know what the price range is for these new homes and whether there is any raw land property available at this site? Thank you!

My wife and I own an undeveloped property in Noord (Sabana Liber) near St. Anna Church. The property measures 527 m2. In addition to ample house space, it can accommodate a pool if one chooses to build one. The property is about 5-10 minutes by car from the high rise area. You can actually see the hotels from the property. We are considering selling the property sometime in the next year or two.
