With great reluctance and sadness, due to family matters, I have to return to the US and sell our beautiful home here in Aruba. It is located in between Boca Catalina and Arashi beaches on the road to the California lighthouse. It is considered one of the best neighborhoods on the island. Just walk across the street and you have access to what is
considered some of the best beaches and snorkeling on the island.

Just a few of the specifics:

It was originally a single family dwelling that we divided in half creating our mother / daughter home. It is a large plot of land for the neighborhood with some views of the sea. It is a private space with only neighbors on the side and the "nature preserve" of Tierra del Sol in the back so there will be no building in back of the house.

Both sides have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are full modern kitchens for both sides with the dining and living areas. There is a large, common, screened in patio that also has the laundry area and a guest room / maids quarters with bath.

It has a large pool and natural landscaping to attract the butterflies and hummingbirds with drip irrigation system covering the entire plot.

There are 2 garages, one with a covered deck that is perfect for watching sunrise while having your morning coffee and a sea view for watching the sunsets as you enjoy the end of your perfect day.

Open up the wall between the two apartments and have 1 huge house. Live on one side and rent the other or rent both sides and use it as an investment property. There are endless possibilities.

Distance to Oranjestad?
How much are the property taxes?
How long have you owned the property?
Did you have it surveyed when you purchased it or how old is your survey?
Is it available to view between the 10th and 18th of this month?
Is it selling furnished?
What is the total square footage? each unit? Common area?
How old it the structure?
Do you have a contact person at Remax?
Is there additional information available on the property? i.e. detached buildings, etc.

Liz...so sorry you have to sell, UGH, back to the states??
I am sure you will miss paradise...the only bright side is you will have malls to shop in..

Liz, sorry you have to sell paradise from paradise. You now have to just travel like all of us at least ones a year to the beautiful paradise.

a lot of very good friends to stay with when we visit.
