Marrying an Aruban
Hello,
My boyfriend, who is an Aruban citizen but born in Bonaire, are planning on getting married. I have done extensive research on the U.S. 'rules' for marrying a foreigner and getting him dual citizenship, but I have not been able to find much on the Aruban/Dutch laws. I really want to do this as stress free as possible and I do not want to mess anything up so that we are not allowed to visit each other in the mean time. Also, after I finish school in the states we are looking to move back to Aruba. Once we are married do I have to continue to get visas and return to the U.S. every six months? Thank you in advance for your help, Amber |

It is not the same here as in the US - that once you are married to an Aruban
or Dutch Antillean you automatically get a 'green card'. Call Dimas.
