Too true, Jacki. Even then DIMAS staff may not have all the info. I recently had a meeting with the person in charge of visas and she advised me that what was in effect could change within a week or 2. Seems that a number of changes have been forwarded to the Minister and whether these are approved and enacted is unsure.
I think using an on Island lawyer with good standing at DIMAS would be a must if considering a business here
