Oceania Resort Condominiums

Does anybody have and positive or negative information on this condo complex. It looks pretty impressive.

Are any units available for Phase 1.

Re: Oceania Resort Condominiums

The place is just beautiful and phase I is sold out. they were building phase II when we were on the island in August and should have models by now. Will be checking them out in November.

Re: Oceania Resort Condominiums

there are no units left in phase one
even though the prices were "somewhat reasonable", the monthly maintenance fees are ridiculously high. that being said, we bought a 1 bedroom with not much view.

Re: Oceania Resort Condominiums

Be very careful when doing business with domas development and Victor. Get everything in writing and use a lawyer for all paper work.
I bought a property from them and the constuction took 18 months longer than promised. Also I was told my unit was finished so I arrived in Aruba bag and baggage to a home that had no bathrooms water hookup or windows. So please if you do business make sure everything is in writing and all I's are dotted and t's crossed.
The condo assoc. was never set up correctly so that is still an issue 3 years later.
But when all is said and done I love my home but would do things much different.
