my husbands wants to know if anyone has had an issue this month with receiving their Setar bill. Usually he gets it on-line before in the mail but so far this month neither have shown up. He has also sent them a couple of emails asking but no response. We are just curious.

The bills seemed to be very late this month. We received our Setar, Elmar and Web bills on November 30. Web has a new system, which may have held up their bills. I think that the post office just delivers them all on the same day.

thanks for your reply. My husband actually ended up just phoning them directly and they said yes they have problems with there website etc. We get all of our bills off the internet which works our great then can pay them from Canada. We have learnt to not rely on the snail mail. For a small island the mail system seems really unreliable, maybe it is just our neighbourhood who knows
