it works well.
keep your mouth open, bend over the sink.

Orange peels.........when no one is looking, stuff them in your nose.
(breather thru your mouth.

We've used a Neti Pot for years -- it's a weird feeling to use it, but really helps, especially in winter when the air is so dry!

Been useing the netti pot forever! Wierd little thing but works .
Only use 1/2 envelope per nostril long term.
