When I last visited Aruba, I was able to use a self service Laundry near the Radisson, they have closed.
Will be going again in March, staying at the Radisson, needs a new Laundry facility near the hotel.

There is a laundromat next to Wendy's called The Quickie Lickie (insert joke here)

They have self service or drop off service. It is within walking distance of the high rises.
