Hi! We usually rent a phone at airport from Setar because AT&T rates are ridiculous in Aruba. Although Setar can get expensive as well since we will be there almost three weeks (cannot wait)! Someone just suggested a Magic Jack? Does anyone know if these work in Aruba? I don't know anything about them but will investigate - short on time though since we leave in six days! Don't want to chat too much and want to disconnect for most of trip, but sometimes you need the phone! Thanks for any and all help here! Susan~

if you are not going to bring your laptop, magic jack and skype are not an option.
if you are looking for a phone rental i would suggest fastphonearuba.com one of our members is the proprietor (charles croes aka caribbean-tattler) or you could BUY a cell phone from setar or digicel for about $60 -80 and load it with enough minutes to last you a few wks.
