Last time I bought Cohibas was in a cigar shop downtown and they were pretty pricey ranging from $25-$45 depending on which size you wanted. Cuban cigars are not cheap anywhere...except maybe in Cuba

Oh Yes.. My Favorite as well.. The Torpedo. A trip is not complte until I hit one of these bad boys and several Balashi's. Go to the Cigar Shoppe (hut) next to Salt N Pepper and they will run you a $20 but well worth it.

have you ever tried the arubhia (probably spelled wrong) cigars, when my parents go to aruba they bring them home for him, it must be somewhere near the divi phoneix because that is where they stay..He likes the torpedo's and cubans, but always looks forward to my parents bringing them home!..if i remember i will check the prices at the cigar shoppe across from the raddisson when i am there next week..

kath......i suggest you do not. once you get that "kick" of the tobacco you might be tempted to buy cigarettes .... at least that is what happened to me once upon a time.
i had given up cigarettes..............years pass, then i took a haul off of my husband's cigar in aruba. an hour later i was buying a pack of cigarettes :-( took me 6 yrs to quit again and now every time he lights up, i try to ignore. it is difficult indeed!

Oct 11-23rd the Montecristo #2 ran $17-$19. And the Bolivar Royal Coronas ran $15-$16. I did not buy any Cohibas but memory is they were all $20-something.

I buy mine from Benjamin at Aruhiba near The Mill. He rolls a Maduro torpedo for $12 that you might also enjoy. The cigar shop near Salt n' Pepper has less inventory now but the #2 I bought there was good. But the two cigars I bought fron the cigar shop in South Beach Centre were both loose rolls; maybe he's buying seconds?
