Question Curvy Woman & Shoes

I have lucked up a few times and found t-shirts but never ever a store for women size 16 or XXL. Any help?

I always pick up some shoes since our first trip. It fell on Father's Day weekend and I wandered into a 60% off sandal sale at a shop a few streets behind the Mall. I bought 6 pairs and still have them.

Any stores you know about?

Clothing: Usually a nightmare on Aruba for the voluptous among us. I have had success lately at JC Penney (was long time in US and Lane Bryant was too far, Target had "zip")
*BBM (bigger, better, more) Mainstreet Oranjestad, across from Pastechi House)
*Me and My Sis (Certified "mall" across from old Bushiri hotel
Shoes: *DSW (next to Me and My Sis.
*Ladies Choice (side street of the Mainstreet in Oranjestad (behind Minister Marisol Lopez's office, former Interbank)
*In Certified mall, there is also a large selection of inexpensive sandals

Shopping for Curvey Women

Margaret,

Does DFW carry wide width shoes for ladies? Whenever I visit Aruba, I have tried to find a wide width comfortable shoe and never thought of going into DSW Shoes. I know exactly where they are located. I will watch for your reply.

Thank you! I just like to look and sometimes buy if they have my size. Store after store of smaller clothes, it is nice to find a shop that has a selection with me in mind!

I will be sure to post when we return to let you know if I find some great deals or new shops!

Thanks again!

Hi Karen,
Maybe you should drop in at Birkenstock, Yvonne Andrade has a nice selection and I know she has a cool "fashion" collection from that brand. She has also FootFit where she carries some other brands and has wide shoes and extra comfy shoes.
I did find nice loafers, super comfortable, at DSW, but I am not always so lucky.
In the U.S. I would try The Walking Company and I found loafers from Bare Traps a Famous Footwear (discount store).
It's been too long, we have to catch up sometime when you come to Aruba again.
Margaret
