Gluten free and lactose free available in stores?

What are the Dutch words for Gluten free and lactose free, so that I can find things easier in the supermarkets, when I arrive in Aruba on Friday this week!

Thanks

Ling and Sons also has a wide variety of items. My daughter also needs a gluten and lactose free menu. I packed alot of items in my suitcase. It did make it easier. We did go out to eat. Some had a gluten free menu not all. You really need to ask before you go or we found out when we were at the restaurant.

Gluten free food

SInce my trip to Aruba last year both my son and I have found that we have
to eat gluten free. Does anyone know if gluten free food can be found in the
grocery store? I know that Arubans can have celiacs as well, but just don't
know how much is available there. If there isn't much we will have to bring
some of our own food. Thank you!!!

i know that Lings and Super Food carries most everything that the USA supermarkets carry.
Am i correct in assuming that gluten free packaging states "gluten free"?
