You can normally get it at:

RadioShack
Modern Electronics
Sam's by Manolo
and a few others.
Most of the (15) Electronic stores have it.
Unfortunately there is normally no competition so the price is almost the same everywhere.
The last one I bought was 1000 florins = 571 US$.
