I have never seen a beer keg for sale/rent. We always buy a case of beer at the grocery store and call it a day. Beer by the case in the store is not a bad deal, it just depends on what you like to drink.

Yeah Bill, I figure we could keep on ice in a tub, or just make room in the fridge. Less clean up, cheaper price than buying cases.....total win, win. Somebody mentioned Ling and Sons, but I went to their website and just found cases.

You will need an awful lot of ice to keep a keg ice cold in a tub.

Contact Balashi.
They may rent you a Kegerator. If not look into bringing down a your own pump. Just need to find out what the connection type is for the keg. But I believe they will sell you the keg at the brewery. There are 2 sizes. I think I figured it out to about 50 cents per 12 ounce beer. I went through this with the good people at Balashi about a 15 month's ago. I was going to ship down a kegerator for my house. Balashi folks said don't bother we will give you one to use. Long storey it didn't work out but the good folks at Balashi made me very happy for my troubles. If you go this route I'm sure other folks would be interested to here how you made out.

Here is the price from Dec of 09.
They have 50L and 30 liter kegs. 50 Liter keg is 325 fl. 50 fl deposit and 50 fl for the co2 gas bottle if you don't have one. So 325 + 50=375 fl. 50 liters is = 2 , 1690 ounces of beer, =153 11ounce cans of Balashi = 12.8 cases of beer if i did my math right this equals 29.29 florins or 16.74 dollars per case of beer. In another email they did say if I did decide to ship my own equipment down they would be glad to sell me the CO2 and the BEER.
