    Lings

does lings sell liquor or just beer? do I have to get liquor at the airport? Also, does anyone think I can bring a bottle of a special liquor to the Radisson for the wedding just for my table or will they freak out?

    lings sells beer, wine, liquor.
if you choose to get liquor at the airport, be aware that if you buy more than allowed, then you'd have to pay duty on the overage.
even though there'd be a duty for the overage it is still significantly less than the price you'd pay in Lings.

who might freak out?...radisson or the guests?
if your contract with the radisson for the wedding states that no outside liquor to be brought in, then that contract states the answer.

Yes Lings does sell liquor. http://www.lingandsons.com/alcoholic-beverages/
Imo, and it is just me, I would not want to take a chance of creating a scene bringing in alcohol from the "outside".
If it is something special can't the Radisson order it for you???

Yes, the Royal Mall is the "pretty one".

the royal plaza mall is the mostly indoor mall located at the renaissance marina hotel .......to the casino.
once you get beyond the crystal casino to the area where little switzerland is and the courtyard area, i am uncertain if that section is still considered royal plaza, but it might be.

I just wanted to bring one bottle of something in. I'm already paying for an open bar. I'll check with Lisa. I just know the Radisson will charge be three times the amount.

if anyone is going to lings in the next couple of months, could you see if they sell things like chips or pretzels in smaller sizes (not usual large size). we want to add things like this to the welcome bags but I can't recall if they sell "snack size" chips and pretzels, etc, or anything in that size. And if so, could you check out the prices. Greatly appreciated.

They may have small bags of pretzels etc at the Price Smart - I think it is like our Costco or Sams

A good scouting mission for your wedding planner? They probably shop there too

don't you have to join Price Smart, though? If we have to pay for the day even, it becomes not worth it. It would be cheaper just to buy the larger bags. I just wondered if they had smaller versions. I know that the little kiosks do but they are the cost of what a larger bag is so that isn't worth it. Oh well, we have 3 months and counting. If anyone happens to be in there and happens to remember to look, I'd appreciate it.
