Just wanted an update on whether the Iguana Joe's ever opened in this mall. We have always wanted to go to the one downtown, but with the kids we tend to stick within walking distance of the Hyatt, and have never made it. Hoping it did open and that it is as good as the one downtown.

I'd forgotten that there was talk of Iguana Joe's opening a restaurant in the new mall. I'm pretty sure there's not one there yet. At least I didn't see it when we were there a couple of weeks ago.

Christmas & New Years Aboard the Queen Mary 2

I thought I had also read that Iguana Joe's was looking at opening a new mall location in addition to Smokey Joe's, but my memory is terrible, so I could easily be mistaken (wouldn't be the first time). There is some menu overlap between Smokey Joe's and Iguana Joe's. I don't think I could go to Smokey Joe's and not order their original ribs though. I do love the Jamaican Jerk Chicken and it's offered at both locations.

Iguana Joe's was being built on the second level of the mall. Didn't pay much attention to it in Feb. when we were there so can't tell you about the progress.

We went to the movies the other night at the new Paseo mall. Very nice. Big, clean, good sound. Now that most of the shops are finished, there's alot of foot traffic at the mall. Been meaning to try Mr. Jazz for drinks/tapas. Has anyone been there yet?
